The Range of Champagnes by Palmer & Co
The range of champagnes offered by Palmer & Co caters to every palate, from the crisp and refreshing Brut Reserve to the Rose Solera Champagne.
Brut Reserve
This flagship Champagne exudes aromas of lemon, pear and apricot and comprises a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Rose Solera Champagne
The Rose Solera Champagne seduces the senses with fresh notes of wild strawberries, vanilla and black currants. Comprising a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Solera red wines, this champagne offers an exceptional fruitiness and the Solera Pinot Noir further highlights the expertise of Xavier Berdin, the Cellar Master along with his team of champagne makers.
The Solera method
Palmer & Co is one of the few Champagne Houses to apply this renowned Spanish technique; the Solera Method. Over the decades, the family has been elaborating three soleras. The wines of the year spend between 6 to 8 months in small oak barrels before being added to and refreshing the house's 'perpetual reserves', housed in stainless steel tanks. When added to the champagne, these wines provide an array of aromas and flavors.
