The father-son-duo, Marc and Pierre-Henri Rougeot tend to 13 hectares of vines in the finest parts of Burgundy. The Rougeots are currently carrying out a transition to organic and biodynamic farming. In line with the family’s winemaking philosophy, Marc, Pierre-Henri and the teams have been applying biodynamic farming practices since 2020 and embarked on a biodynamic journey with Demeter in 2021.

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are harvested by hand and whisked off to the cellar, where they are tended to with the utmost care throughout the vinification process. These gentle practices enable the teams to produce precise wines that reflect their Burgundian terroir.
