The Laurent-Perrier Vintage 2007 Style
As guarantee of excellence, the Laurent-Perrier Champagne House made the choice to produce this champagne in an exceptional year. It is therefore a rare cuvee with grapes of noble origin (Cramant, Ogier, Le Mesnil-sur-Ogier, among other terroirs in Champagne). It is also a cuvee that benefits from all the attention and expertise of the House.
The 2007 vintage is made up of equal parts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The color is clear with golden highlights and fine bubbles. The palate is direct with floral and citrus flavors. The finish ends with bitter orange notes. The freshness and mouth-watering salinity enhance this champagne’s lovely complexity. This complex champagne pairs wonderfully with poultry, other white meats and even terrine.
