The vineyard

Bollinger's vineyards cover 174 hectares across seven major Champagne crus, with 85% classified as Grand and Premier Crus. Pinot Noir, Bollinger’s signature grape, makes up 60% of its plantings, contributing to the power and structure of its wines.

In 2024, Champagne Bollinger celebrated 60 years since the release of the iconic film Goldfinger in 1964. To mark this milestone, the house proudly presents a limited-edition Goldfinger-branded magnum champagne of its 2007 vintage. This special release highlights Bollinger’s longstanding connection with the 007 franchise and its commitment to excellence.

This exclusive magnum is elegantly showcased in a bespoke Globe-Trotter Air Cabin Case, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The case features a precisely cut interior, ensuring the bottle and accompanying Bollinger 007 glasses remain secure during transit. Once the champagne is enjoyed, the cut-out can be removed, transforming the case into a stylish travel companion, embodying the sophistication and adventure of the Bond universe.

Each set is individually numbered, making it a coveted collector’s item. This release not only honors an iconic film but also showcases Bollinger’s unwavering dedication to crafting exceptional champagnes that stand the test of time.

Vinification and aging
