Sourced from the vineyards of Loreto, Ovello and Cavanna, the De Forville Barbaresco is a full bodied wine with balanced tannins and texture. With vines averaging 35 years of age, this wine is the standard bearer for the estate. It spends two years in wooden casks to express its velvety body and lovely perfume. The De Forville Barbaresco is ruby red with bright garnet hues with a perfume of violets and forest berries. Perfectly pairs with meat, game, and ripe cheese, decant one hour before serving.
