An emblematic cuvee of Chateau Minuty, the Rose et Or rose perfectly illustrates the know-how and care of an estate renowned for its elegant and aromatic wines.
Produced in the Cotes de Provence appellation, the Chateau Minuty Rose et Or 2017 rosé is a testament to this particular vintage, a sunny season in Provence, which allowed for a particularly nice balance of sugar and acidity.
Highlighting the richesse of Grenache is a blend in which this emblematic varietal is complemented by Tibouren, a typical grape variety of Provence. The Chateau Minuty Rose et Or 2017 rosé expresses great elegance and generosity on a complex aromatic palette. At the time of tasting, the first nose opens with powerful notes of exotic fruits (mango and passion fruit), enhanced by fresh citrus notes, like grapefruit zest. When swirled, the wine gives off delicate floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, the dense texture seduces with its round, velvety mouthfeel, all the while maintaining a pleasant freshness. An elegant rosé with a powerful aromatic expression.
