The property
Founded in 1877 and among one of the three oldest bodegas in La Rioja, the Bodega Lopez de Heredia is an essential reference among the most beautiful labels of Spanish wines.
A rare still family-owned estate, Bodega Lopez de Heredia has been producing very great Red and White wines for several generations, magnifying the potential and richness of a booming wine region, La Rioja.

The vineyard
Bodega Lopez de Heredia oversees a vineyard of 170 hectares of vines spread over 4 autonomous vineyards of the Rioja : Tondonia, Bosconia, Gravonia and Cubillo.
Vinification and aging
Aging of 5 years in barrels, punctuated by two rackings per year.
Blend
Tempranillo, garnacho, graciano and mazuelo.
