The estate
A true legend of the Pomerol appellation, the Château La Conseillante is one of the most beautiful references of the Right Bank, in the Bordeaux region. Entered into the Nicolas family in 1871, Château La Conseillante has crossed the centuries by shining with its exceptional crus.
The vineyard
The 11.8 hectares of the prestigious Château La Conseillante vineyard are planted on gray clay and sandy gravel soils in the heart of Pomerol. The vines are about 35 years old.
The vintage
This 2010 year is marked by particularly dry conditions, offset by cool nights during the summer, promoting a progressive and homogeneous maturation of the berries.

Merlot (80%) and cabernet franc (20%).
