2014 Bordeaux Supérieur from Bordeaux.
The 2014 Croix Mouton is a Bordeaux Supérieur that displays a purple-tinted dense red colour. At first, the nose is marked by woody (ageing) notes yet the swirl clears the empyreumatic notes to express red berry fragrances (soaked strawberry, Morello cherry, plum red). The palate is sappy, structured and offers concentrated, without being coarse, tannins.
