Description
The Drouhin Oregon Roserock Pinot Noir comes from the southern tip of the Eola-Amity Hills in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The soils of the Roserock vineyard are composed of ancient volcanic soils at an ideal elevation range producing classical cool-climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Drouhin Oregon Roserock Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir, certified sustainable, displays a lovely deep red color in the glass with a nose bursting of floral, spicy and savory character. On the palate there are notes of dark berries, black cherry, dried flowers and a hint of earth. There is a clear structure and balance with good weight and long finish. A lovely refined Pinot Noir that is delicious now but also age worthy.
